Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • A Proof of Purchase (your order number and name) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items on final sale (if applicable).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer service team at support@aitchdot.uk to initiate your return.
  2. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, item no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  2. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
  3. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7–10] business days].
